兼容范围

已验证 ByteArte、SENSOYUN 等品牌的兼容手机壳；具体兼容性取决于型号和配置。

遇到尚未兼容的型号？请在首页点击“需求与问题反馈”，提供手机壳品牌和型号，可自选附上运行记录。我们会评估并持续扩展支持。

当前已验证 SN3H-X-31-V205、540×800 四色墨水屏配置，实机为 iPhone 17 Pro。不承诺所有外观相似或使用同一第三方软件的手机壳都兼容。

如何投屏

  1. 选择内容。图片可先拖动、双指缩放、旋转或翻转，查看预览。
  2. 点击投屏，保持应用前台、手机解锁、手机壳贴合。
  3. 图片传送后继续等待屏幕刷新完成，不要立刻锁屏或切换应用。

投屏未完成

若提示图片已传送但刷新结果未确认，先检查手机壳画面，再决定是否重试。应用不会自动重复发送整张图。

失败后尽快进入“设置 → 帮助与支持 → 导出运行记录”。反馈时提供应用版本、iPhone 型号、失败发生的操作和大致时间；可主动附上运行记录。请不要提供密码、验证码、日程正文或取餐二维码原图。

日程、待办与天气

在设置中选择参与显示的日历和提醒事项清单。今日卡片显示今天剩余的日程、今天到期及已逾期的未完成待办；每次触发重新读取本机内容，超出一屏时提示剩余数量。提醒事项权限可选，拒绝后仍可使用日程及其他投屏功能。

天气默认关闭。在“设置 → 天气与出行”手动搜索、选择城市后启用；不申请手机定位。Apple Weather 需要联网，展示该城市温度和下一项日程时段的降雨提示，不推算目的地或路线。查询失败时仍可继续刷日程。

常见问题

自动日程更新仍需一次触发，并在前台完成 NFC 会话，不能锁屏后台静默刷屏。截图二维码仅代表截图时的内容，不更新过期或动态码。恢复背景使用设置里单独保存的背景。

MyScreen Support

MyScreen is free. Cast agenda cards with tasks and optional weather, photos, text or QR codes to a compatible NFC-powered e-paper phone case.

Compatibility

Verified compatible cases include models from ByteArte, SENSOYUN and other brands. Compatibility depends on the exact model and configuration.

Is your model not supported yet? Tap “Ideas & Feedback” on the home screen and tell us the case brand and model. You may attach a diagnostic log. We will evaluate requests and continue expanding support.

The verified configuration is SN3H-X-31-V205, 540 × 800, four colors, tested with iPhone 17 Pro. Similar-looking cases or cases using the same third-party app are not guaranteed compatible.

Casting

  1. Select content. For photos, drag, pinch, rotate or flip and review the preview.
  2. Start casting; keep the phone unlocked, the app in the foreground and the case in position.
  3. After transfer, wait for the screen refresh to finish before locking the phone or switching apps.

If casting fails

If transfer finishes but refresh is unconfirmed, check the case display before deciding whether to retry. The app does not automatically resend the entire image. Export local diagnostics from Settings → Help and Support soon after the failure.

Email 发送反馈 / Send feedback with the app version, iPhone model, operation and approximate failure time; diagnostic attachments are optional. Do not send passwords, verification codes, event text or pickup QR screenshots. You choose what to include in your email.

Agenda, tasks and weather

Select calendars and Reminders lists in Settings. Each trigger reads current local data for remaining events and incomplete tasks due today or overdue. Overflow counts show items beyond the card. Reminders access is optional; denying it does not block agenda or other casting features.

Weather is off by default. Enable it in Settings and manually search for a city; no device location permission is requested. Apple Weather needs internet and shows city temperatures and rain probability around the next event, without destination inference or route planning. Failed queries do not block agenda casting.

FAQ

Calendar updates require a trigger and a foreground NFC session; silent locked-screen casting is not supported. A QR screenshot contains the code at capture time and does not update expired or dynamic codes. Restore Background uses the image separately saved in Settings.
